This past weekend, Ethan Moody made a statement at the Diamond Hornet Invitational held at Richland Northeast High School.

He placed first in the 110m hurdles running a time of 14.15 breaking his own school record. He followed that up with a second place finish in the 400m hurdles and finally he was part of the 4x400 relay team that placed 3rd overall among 35 scheduled teams.

Ethan was named Outstanding Sprinter for his outstanding performance.

Other notable finishes include Lacey Samuels, who placed 3rd in the 100m hurdles and Janiyah Crosby placing 10th and Emmanuel Ard placing 6th in the 400m dash.

The Cavaliers will travel to Ridge View on Wednesday and the Bulldog Invitational at Camden High School on Saturday.
